Youth Qualification: Šitbořice Dominated the Tournament, Filip Kyzlink and Šabata Take Gold!

Dominant Performance by Our Youth

The youth qualification tournament for advancement to the Czech Championship, held in Šitbořice, brought excellent results for our club. We sent three pairs into the battle for advancement spots and all of them performed brilliantly.

Gold Medal for Kyzlink and Šabata

Filip Kyzlink with Matěj Šabata delivered a dominant performance and with a record of 6 wins and 1 draw took first place. In seven matches they scored 37 goals against their opponents and conceded only 7. Their only draw of 2:2 came in the match against Zlín Prštné 1, which ultimately finished in second place.

Bronze for the Doležal Brothers

Third place was claimed by Mikuláš and Vítek Doležal, who earned 15 points from 5 wins. Their score of 30:6 demonstrates quality performances throughout the tournament.

Valuable Experience for the Youngest

Patrik Klain with Václav Mayer finished in seventh place, but gained important experience from such quality competition.

The important tournament fulfilled its purpose - the first three Šitbořice pairs advanced to the Czech Championship finals, which will take place on June 6, 2026 in Chrastava. The home environment clearly suited our cycle ball players and we can look forward to their performances in the finals.
