Šitbořice youth players dominated in Olomouc! Doležal and Šabata won the Czech Championship qualifier

Sokol Šitbořice shone at the youth Czech Championship qualification tournament in cycle ball, which took place in Olomouc. The pair Vítek Doležal – Matěj Šabata delivered a phenomenal performance and with a record of seven wins without a loss claimed first place.

The Šitbořice number one dominated the entire tournament. Doležal and Šabata didn't lose a single point and with a score of 37:5 clearly confirmed their role as favorites. The second Šitbořice pair Mikuláš Doležal – Filip Kyzling had a tougher draw and finished in seventh place with one win.

The overall victory of the Šitbořice number one means advancement to the Czech Championship final, which will take place on June 14, 2025 in Šitbořice. Spartak Přerov placed second (6 wins), Svitávka finished third. The top five teams secured participation in the national championship final.
