Šabata and Konečný dominated the U23 qualification in Šitbořice

The qualifying preliminary round of the U23 League in cycle ball brought an excellent performance by Dominik Šabata from Šitbořice. Together with Martin Konečný from Svitávka, they dominated the entire tournament and secured their advancement to the U23 League.

In group B, they won all four matches with a clear score of 32:5 and advanced from first place with authority. In the final, they confirmed their form with a 4:1 victory over Start Plzeň 1.

The second Šitbořice pair Vojtěch Nečas with Ondřej Valíček finished in sixth place. In the group stage, they earned six points and took third position. In the battle for fifth place, they narrowly lost 1:3 to Sokol Zlín-Prštné 4.

The first four teams advance from qualification to the U23 League, which was achieved not only by the winning combination but also by Start Plzeň 1, SK Chodsko and Sokol Zlín-Prštné 2. The tournament was held in the home hall of TJ Sokol Šitbořice.
