Šabata and Konečný Third in Plzeň at U23 League

Third Place for Šitbořice Cyclist in Plzeň

Šitbořice's Dominik Šabata together with Martin Konečný from Svitávka secured an excellent third place at the second round of the U23 league, which took place in Plzeň. The combined pair delivered solid performances and won four out of six matches, earning 12 points with a score of 23:21.

The tournament was dominated by the pair Baxa – Baxa from Sokol Zlín-Prštné 1, who won all six matches and with a record of 45:13 gave their opponents no chance. The silver position went to Petr and Musil from MO Svitávka (15 points).

Šabata and Konečný defeated among others Start Plzeň (4:2) and Spartak Chrastava (7:4), losing only to both first-place pairs. The tournament was marked by a yellow card for Martin Konečný for rough play at the end of the competition.
