Bronze medal for Nečas and Šabata at junior qualification

Vojtěch Nečas and Matěj Šabata from Sokol Šitbořice 3 secured third place at the first qualification for the 1st Junior League, which took place in Chrastava. The Šitbořice players earned 6 points with a record of two wins and two losses and a score of 24:10.

In the group stage, they first defeated the Liberec pair 10:1 and Svitávka 10:0, but then lost to Favorit Brno 1:4 and Zlín-Prštné 3:5.

The tournament was dominated by Matras and Struhař from Zlín-Prštné, who won all four matches with an impressive score of 35:5. Second place went to Favorit Brno with nine points. The Šitbořice pair thus advanced among the three best teams of the qualification and secured their participation in the battle for the 1st Junior League.
